What Creams May Come....


As the sun peaks in and out of the sky I am inspired to once again rev up the ice cream machine and churn out some old favorites and some new, tasty, savory ice creams. Tons of new flavors were developed in the off-season, each more decadent than the last! I can't wait to share a scoop with you -- delicate herbs, spices, and meaty aromas frozen atop your favorite savory pies and MeatCakes!

EmPIEre Strikes Back!

The progress made this week in the name of a dream has been phenomenal. The kitchen is taking a bit longer than expected. The journey is long, but it's such an incredible learning process and I cannot thank my circle of carnivorous fans, friends, and supporters enough.

New flavors have been developed -- I won't give too much away -- but I will say that there are tropical elements to this latest meaty masterpiece!

Just a reminder to all those who have a vision that has yet to be fully realized: You have to fight for what you want. You have to be the force and totally take control. Nerd Out -- It's difficult, but so worth it when progress is made.

Say it with MeatCake™...


Picture it. It's your birthday... Or you best friend's un-birthday... Or your lover's first day at a new job... Or Wednesday... You want a cake. But not just any celebratory cake with sugar and pasty neon buttercream -- You want MEAT. You want creamy, golden potatoes. You want a hearty meal that also happens to look like the beautifully decadent food porn that you have come to expect from Meat a la Mode.

You need a MeatCake.

Due to the overwhelming response and orders for the MeatCake I created for a very special client last month, I have decided to add it to the menu! For those of you who have asked about the contents of this festive hunk o' meat I'm very excited to share that they generally are comprised of about 5 types of meat depending on what is available. They will typically include beef sirloin, pork, chicken, turkey, and lamb. The cake is also dotted with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with a special spiced ketchup sauce, frosted with seasoned mashed potatoes and iced with with the message of your choice, in cheese.
