THE LIST: Savory Ice Creams

Now, these are not necessarily the types of ice cream you are used to -- they aren't meant to be eaten by the bowl full... they are a bit more savory than your average ice cream. My exotic meat pies know NO LIMITS! I have created two new versions of this recipe that are available on a limited basis -- One is alligator in a delightful tomato base with a hint of spice that screams [insert pterodactyl screech here] prehistoric perfection! The other is gator in a light fennel cream sauce that is a lovely, delicate compliment to the flaky crust... It's Deliciousaurus.
